Venue Rentals

OnStage Playhouse is a unique and versatile venue that can accommodate a variety of events, including:

• Rehearsals
• Auditions
• Workshops
• Performances
• Special Events

Our space is perfect for theater groups, dance companies, music ensembles, and more. We have a 62-seat theater with a proscenium stage, lighting and sound systems, and dressing rooms. We also have a lobby area that can be used for receptions and other gatherings.

Rental Rates

• $45/hour
• $400/Day (10 hours)
• $2000/Week
• $1500/Additional Show Week (Thurs-Sun)

We require that all rentals using our equipment are handled by our crew. Rates are:
$40/Hour For 2 Technicians (Sound/Lighting) Minimum 3hours

Rental includes a stage manager or sound/light board operator. Does NOT include box office staff.

Technical Information

• Seating capacity: 62 seats + 4 overflow seats
• Dressing rooms: 1 dressing room
• Bathrooms: 2 general neutral restrooms (1 full ADA)
